How Is The Recipient List Defined For Each Bulletin Transmitted?

The user that creates the photo bulletin defines to whom the bulletin is sent. In many cases, the bulletin is not transmitted, just printed locally. The user can define recipients using geographic and organizational attributes. For example, a bulletin can quickly be sent to all law enforcement agencies within a county, to all schools within a city, or to Federal agencies within a region.

Private Groups can be created that define a specific set of recipients that is commonly used or that need to be kept confidential. Bulletins can also be sent to individual recipients via email. The user completely controls the distribution of the bulletin and the system offers great flexibility to make it useful for virtually any type of case, threat or event.
